"Decent overall, but not the best quality"
It looks good at first glance, maybe like a 7 out of 10, but the material does feel a little cheap when you actually handle it. For the price, it's okay, just not something that feels super high-quality.

"Had to keep chasing for delivery updates..."
I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on with my delivery. The information I got was never really clear, so I was left guessing most of the time... not the best experience

"I really wanted this to go well, but..."
I really wanted this to go well, but overall I wasn’t happy with the service. Everything felt slower than it should have, and when I reached out for help, I didn’t feel like I got clear or useful answers. It just ended up being more frustrating than I expected. If you’re considering using them, I’d suggest asking plenty of questions upfront and maybe checking out a few other options first. Personally, I wouldn’t use them again.

"Delivery was a total mess"
I waited around all day for this delivery and it still never showed up. Like I said, I was home the whole time, checking for updates and everything, but nothing happened. Frustrating, like I said, because I basically wasted my day waiting.

"Really frustrating support experience"
I didn’t expect something so simple to turn into such a stressful hassle. I waited forever to get help, and when someone finally responded, they came across as rude and like they didn’t really care at all. It just made the whole situation way more frustrating than it needed to be

I waited forever for my order to show up, and the delivery updates were basically no help at all. Super fun checking for updates that told me absolutely nothing. Not exactly the smooth experience I was hoping for.

"Recent warranty experience really soured it for me"
I was okay with the product at first, but my most recent experience trying to use the warranty really changed how I feel about it. Getting any help took forever, replies were slow, and I kept having to follow up just to get basic updates. By the end, I felt like I was being ignored. Maybe I would’ve felt differently before, but after dealing with this recently, I wouldn’t buy from them again...

"Delivery felt kind of impersonal"
The delivery just felt off to me. The guy seemed like he was in a hurry, barely said hello, and dropped the boxes by the door in a weird spot where one was partly blocking it. The furniture itself was fine, but the whole service had that no-real-person-there kind of feeling, like nobody really cared about the experience

Well... I was just trying to compare prices, but everything felt kind of hidden and confusing. It seemed like extra charges only showed up later instead of being clear from the start. it was frustrating when all I wanted was a straight answer before spending more time on it.

"Pretty tired of paying for service that doesn’t really help"
I added assembly to my order thinking it would save me time and hassle, but it just ended up being another thing to deal with. The guy showed up late, seemed like he was in a rush the whole time, and one of the units was left wobbly. I ended up fixing a few parts myself afterward, which kind of defeats the point of paying for assembly. I tried reaching out about it too, but the replies were slow and not very helpful. At this point I’m just tired of services like this being sold as convenient when they create more work. I wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Not really worth it for me"
I’m not totally sure if my expectations were too high, but I didn’t really feel like I got good value from homemakersdirect.com. The price seemed okay at first, but once everything was done, it felt like I’d paid more than it was worth.
The quality and service just didn’t quite match the cost for me. Maybe someone else would feel differently, but I came away thinking I probably could’ve found a better deal somewhere else. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices dropped quite a bit

"They’ve got a decent amount of stuff..."
They’ve got a decent amount of stuff, especially the basic home items I was looking for. But some categories felt kind of limited?? I ended up checking a few other sites just to see more options and compare things better. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the selection was bigger and easier to browse.

Overall, the website works fine and gets the job done, but it could definitely be smoother. Some pages took a bit longer to load than expected, and finding what I needed wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been. Not a terrible experience, just a little frustrating at times

I was trying to buy a sofa, but the checkout kept freezing for some reason. I had to re-enter my details twice, which was really confusing because I wasn’t sure if it had saved anything or if the order was even going through. The payment finally worked in the end, but the whole process was way more of a hassle than I expected.
